Every manufacturing areana uses a process to manufacture a product, the process is generally a machine or series of machines that alter and manipulate raw material to produce an end product. In order to maintain end product uniformity, repeatability and quality, measurements are taken within the process and compared with, or controlled to, known parameters.
If the comparison between actual process value and the measuring instrument value is not accurate then the end product could be out of required specification resulting in considerable waste, poor productivity and profitability.
ACS provides a 5 point calibration and instrument certification service, to not only identify instrument errors but also adjust and calibrate measurment instrumentation, ensuring process measurements are compared to known traceable and accurate NATA certified SI standards, while all documentation provided conforms to ISO guidelines.
On completion, certification documentation is provided by both soft and hard copy media identifying pre and post calibration results combined with potential problems, possible solutions and actions to be taken, ensuring streamlined data recording and more importantly high end product specification.
