Overview
Attached to the upper and lower breach bars of virtually any rotary platform, the SmartSprayPRO automatic teat spray system is a bolt on fully adjustable machine designed for the farmer that wants to do more than just spray teats.
With the benefit of an integral leg position sensor and a remote display/control panel, the system utilises fixed and non fixed sensor alignment and positioning to operate, enabling a high level of adjustability and flexibility of the system’s operation. The remote display/control panel of the SmartSprayPRO automatic teat spray system, allows for fine tuning of operating parameters, system status indicators, and diagnostic displays. The display also enables hardware and software options to be installed and manipulated with the press of a button. These options include an automatic backspray for bloat and fly spray, an automatic leg sensor water jetspray, an automatic low air shutdown, a cow counter and an audible alarm if something goes wrong.
The remote display/control panel incorporates a ‘set and forget’ approach to programming and retains all settings in memory until they’re manually changed, even when power has been disconnected for extended periods of time. The menu driven programming structure allows a straight forward approach to set up without prior knowledge of either the system or specialist programming skills.
The SmartSprayPRO automatic teat spray will only activate and spray when there is a cow in the bail and she’s finished milking, achieving hand spray quality teat coverage of better than 98% of the herd, and even though a good idea, doesn't require leg spreaders.
The universal design and construction of the SmartSprayPRO automatic teat spray system also provides the flexibility and opportunity to install the system on any part of the rotary platform to serve as either a pre-milk or a post-milk unit dependant upon specific requirements without specialist mechanical skills.
The system operates from an externally mounted 24VDC power supply and a minimum of 400kPa filtered air with no less than a 40Litre capacity compressor.
Essentially, bolt it on, plug it in and press some buttons.
